1. Reservations & Quote Fee

• To start planning your adventure, a Php 1,000 non-refundable quote fee is required. This fee will be applied to your balance once you confirm your booking.

• Bookings are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

2. Payments

• Deposits must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your quote to secure your reservation.

• Full payment must be completed by the specified date. Prices are guaranteed only once payment is fully received.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Quote fees and deposits are non-refundable.

• Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows may incur penalties according to supplier policies.

• Adventure Seekers Travel & Tours will assist with rebooking if possible but is not responsible for any fees charged by airlines, hotels, or tour operators.

4. Travel Documents & Requirements

• Travelers are responsible for ensuring passports, visas, and other travel documents are valid for the duration of the trip.

• The agency is not liable for denied boarding, immigration issues, or incomplete documentation.

5. Itinerary & Schedule

• Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety concerns, local events, or supplier changes.

• Any modifications are made to ensure traveler safety and comfort. No compensation is guaranteed for itinerary changes.

6. Responsibility & Liability

• Adventure Seekers Travel & Tours acts as a coordinator for airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

• The agency is not responsible for delays, accidents, natural disasters, or any events beyond its control.

7. Traveler Conduct

• Travelers are expected to respect local laws, customs, and fellow travelers.

• The agency reserves the right to refuse service or remove a traveler from a tour for behavior that threatens safety or disrupts the experience of others.

8. Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

• Coverage depends on the chosen provider’s terms and conditions.
